Reminders

Your electricity meters have dialing faults and the connection to these meters are sometimes unstable. Your supplier dials into these meters on a weekly basis with data being backfilled once a successful connection is made. This means your electricity data may sometimes be a delayed if attempts to connect to your meter are not successful. If you have any queries, or your energy bills have been based on estimates, please query with your electricity supplier. We have not received any gas data from one of your meters since 22/02/25. We are investigating this with your supplier but in the meantime gas data will not be up to date across your dashboard.
