Gas use in the Spring half term 2025 holidays has increased by 22% compared to Spring half term 2024. 

Between Saturday 22 Feb 2025 and Sunday 2 Mar 2025 you used 33,000 kWh of gas at a cost of £2,100. Adjusting for changes in outside temperature, this is still an increase of 5,900 kWh and 1,100 kg CO2. Ask the school site manager to check the heating controls to reduce gas use during the school holidays.

Bad News!  Your school's electricity use in the Spring half term 2025 holidays has increased by 20% compared to Spring half term 2024. Between Saturday 22 Feb 2025 and Sunday 2 Mar 2025 you used 15,000 kWh at a cost of £3,900. This is an increase of 2,600 kWh compared to the same period in the holidays last year and released an extra 95 kg CO2.
