There is a large variation in seasonal overnight electricity usage from 14 kW in the winter to 34 kW in the summer. This suggests electric heating is left running overnight during the winter or the school has inefficient security or flood lights. Change electric heater settings and improve lighting efficiency to save £5,700 annually.

Excellent! Electricity use in the Spring half term 2025 holidays has decreased by 39% compared to Spring half term 2024. Between Saturday 15 Feb 2025 and Sunday 23 Feb 2025 you used 7,000 kWh at a cost of £1,900. This is a saving of 4,500 kWh compared to the same period in the holidays last year and saved 820 kg CO2.
