Our energy council are going to be starting a campaign to encourage teachers and pupils to turn off lights on sunny days. This will reduce our electricity consumption through the Spring and Summer term.
Pupils will be writing instructions to staff to be put into the weekly staff bulletin to keep reminding them. Energy council members will also make an effort during their own lessons to encourage teachers to switch off lights.
