What you did

We learned about carbon footprints. We saw how carbon dioxide and methane come from many activities and lead to global warming.

We discussed lifestyle and industrial actions to reduce emissions. 

The varying warming power and lifetime in the atmosphere of methane and carbon dioxide were covered. 

Activity description

Understanding the carbon we emit as individuals and organisations is crucial if we are to reduce the negative impact we have on our environment.  This activity will demonstrate to pupils how the actions they take contribute to the warming of our planet.
