The school's woodland warrior group meets with the site manager every week for an after-school club in which they discuss ways to save energy and make improvements to the school. They also work outside on improving the school grounds and outdoor learning spaces. Through planting trees, maintaining communal areas, litter picking, and planting. The group has been chosen from the current year 5 cohort who will be part of the woodland warriors until they leave the school in year 6. This will give them a big opportunity to make a real difference and see positive changes to not only school operations but also the impact on our environment.
